IFBEC is managed by a Steering Committee composed of representatives from member companies including: BAE Systems Plc., The Boeing Company, L3Harris Corporation, Leonardo DRS, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Raytheon Technologies, Rolls-Royce Plc., Saab, Safran, and Thales.

Petter Törnquist, IFBEC Chair

Appointed Chief Compliance Officer in 2012, Petter Törnquist was put in charge of coordinating and developing Saab’s work within business ethics. He now heads the Group Function Ethics and Compliance, which is a center of competence for business ethics with a particular focus on anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing and investigations. Steven Pegg,

IFBEC Vice Chair

Steve is responsible for implementing all aspects of the Lockheed Martin ethics program in countries of operation outside of the USA; an appointment held since 2015. Based in the UK, and operating with a small international team, the role includes providing ethics guidance, training of leadership, employees and third parties. IFBEC Charter

The IFBEC Charter is the governing document of IFBEC. It establishes the IFBEC’s purpose, membership criteria, the IFBEC Task Force, officers and meetings, financing, and other matters relating to the functioning of IFBEC.
